Let's do an appreciation post

I really need this shift right now. Five things that are going well into your life right now:

1. I'm traveling and I like that
2. My bed is really warm:)
3. I am close to nature and there are other humans too in not a very big distance...
4. My health is getting better - i had a cold
5. I got groceries to last me a few days 😊

5. I am becoming super disciplined, patient and I don't get angry easily anymore.

3) I'm starting to see toxic behavior in the moment rather than by the end of the day.
4) I'm looking forward to a special weekend.
5) Eating is going pretty well lately.

3.) I am able to do what I want, like leave a job that doesn’t suit me anymore.
