No, not for me, at this time. However, if that person is a trained mental professional who has empathy, I believe it’s a good thing to have their ear, as long as they are not judging (at least verbally). If it’s something you need then you need it. It can be helpful.

I see a psychologist every two weeks but haven’t seen them for a month because of the holidays and I see her in February I don’t pay my NDIS pays for me

That’s about $53, I’m pretty sure I’ve already come close to spending that on therapy at different points in my life.
