How come you only see adds for Non-stick/non-scratch fry pans and not for spatulas guaranteed not to scratch?

I even have a slogan for the spatulas "No matter how bad your cooking, "Spatula" will get it off."

Teflon pans are toxic. Was warned about not using them since I have birds and I believe if they can kill birds they are toxic to us as well
