@Thevy29 you should get tested for sleep apnea and also get a general check up and every blood test on the requisition sheet. It’s probably something simple!

From my limited understanding, if you wake up in the wrong stage of sleep, you'll feel tired. That's why one can nap for a short time and feel awesome upon awakening.
