New title for the secretary
General Manager/ Personal assistant . that should make it where she can't be complaining about cleaning my house and doing laundry even comes with a 21 cent boost in pay.

Just call her a housekeeper. Tell her you don’t need a secretary anymore. Or, instead of giving her a raise, give her the option: I can hire someone else or give you a raise to include house work. People under estimate the value of doing their own laundry as much as paying someone else to do it. Yes, I have a house keeper, and a part time secretary. I value housekeeping much much more! Pay her 4 times what I pay a secretary. iPhone helps me with that. (Although I work in education, I have a lot of other family responsibilities)
