Just call her a housekeeper. Tell her you don’t need a secretary anymore. Or, instead of giving her a raise, give her the option: I can hire someone else or give you a raise to include house work. People under estimate the value of doing their own laundry as much as paying someone else to do it. Yes, I have a house keeper, and a part time secretary. I value housekeeping much much more! Pay her 4 times what I pay a secretary. iPhone helps me with that. (Although I work in education, I have a lot of other family responsibilities)

@MarineBob yes, I hire secretary once a month. If that. Housekeeper? As often as my budget allows: weekly. And we do it to help her pay into social security. And We encourage her cancel if she get another work request to do other locations. So kuddos to you for helping the less fortunate who is willing to work.
