Why can't some people see fault in themselves? Or why are they unable to admit it?
I'm not disincluding myself... But some people seem to be terribly unaware

It’s hard to admit fault because that means they will have to take that responsibility for causing hurt.
I know I have hurt people and said things I shouldn’t have. I have apologized for it and taken ownership.
When you are dealing with people who won’t take responsibility for their actions they won’t accept an apology because they would have to admit their wrongdoings in the situation too.
We just need to be more aware with our words and actions.
