How was your day?

Saturday here. 16 degrees C. Sun hot enough to go for a swim the wind icy enough to change your mind. Up at 5am took dog for a walk. Went Mini Golf with Dad. The Mini Golf Course had been revamped since last we played there. They even added an extra 9 holes. Finished round 11:20am.

Suggested we visit Aunty J although it took Dad some convincing, (His the younger brother 😅) Rang ahead first, asked if she wanted to go out to lunch. She accepted, but give her 30 minutes to get ready, offered to do a grocery shop for her on the way. Took her out to lunch at the pub. Had a flutter at the pokies. She had two brandy and ale's. We shouted everything for her. It was her 79th birthday a few days ago and most people had forgotten. So she was ecstatic for the outing. I hadn't seen her in 5 years so it was good to catch up.
Met up with my Niece and her family round 2pm. She's pregnant again. And with designs to get her partner a vasectomy 😱. I turned to him and said 'Mate, your not even married yet and she's already planning to chop your balls off.' He was going through the car classifieds with Dad and didn't hear. Then went down for a nap.
