Are there some people who just don't belong in this world?

Sometimes when we say someone was ahead of their time, I think about how horrible their daily existence was and how there was absolutely nothing they could really do to make it more bearable. so many people are so miserable, so many are ticking time bombs because of their misery. how can we help them?
