Im not feeling good ... Not trying to deny anything but Im tryind to distract my mind....

How do you escape your mind from undesired situation??

Breathe there for a while. Accept your feelings as they come. Remember that you have greatness in you and that although you are in discomfort, it is temporary. If a person is making you feel bad - try to first spend time with yourself apart, so that your own light can whisper to you what to do next. Do not be afraid to feel it all. If it is too heavy, do not be afraid to let it out (express it) in any form possible, even abstract. Do something that makes you relax. Anything. Try to take a walk - there is this magic about fresh air. These are the moments to take care of yourself and show love to yourself. when you feel better, try to observe the situation from 3rd perspective -the solution might just pop! Wishing you to feel lighter and livelier again soon :)

Thank you..... it is about a social matter about which I have even less control... having said that, your solution which is a much better than escaping from it all, can help me to deal with my feelings...🤗🤗🙏🌹
