When we moved from one state to another, our home state lost my sons highschool records. He then had to make up credits from his sophomore and freshman years in order to graduate.
Not even an apology and no recognition of doing anything wrong. They felt it was neither their fault nor their problem.

Gah it’s like a nightmare story that reminds all of us to keep an elaborate file on every freaking thing we do in the event something terrible like that happens, which is a preposterous way to have to live @nonsensiclesnail

@WhateverWorks Really, it is. Documenting everything you do just in case is unreasonable. It's replacing one hassle for another.
You're best bet in getting what you need done might be to contact the school district office about the issues and you're having. They may be more helpful.
