How often do you rebuild yourself?

Only when I need rebuilding....every decade or so, I guess..

@SammyJo that’s what it feels like for me too but it seems like every 5 years. And I feel like It’s more of a letting go of things, doing less, not doing something new.

@Reflective Hmmmmm...less can be seen as more of what you've got already. You don't have to do new things all the time...
