Do you ever feel that life is passing you by?

I am retired and have the means to enjoy life, but it feels like I am standing at the window watching life pass me by. Do you ever feel like this?

I just feel like it's really hard to find balance. Either everything is too stagnant and boring or too fast and overwhelming. Like there's either depression or anxiety, hardly anything in between.
