Is 36/37 too old to have kids?

I know kids themselves don’t ruin your life but…. like I feel they trap you and you can’t do anything with them; they also waste all your money. I know you still can do enjoyable things but it’s so much more difficult. I want to travel, spend money on MYSELF, buy a house, have a good time with my bf, and have a stable and good paying job before I even THINK about having a child. I’m 22 now but just thinking about the future 😂

You need to think smaller. Start with like a goldfish. If it goes well work your way up to a hamster or gerbil. When you feel you are ready, take the next big step and get a cat. Then another cat, then a dog. If you get through all that, congratulations! You are now ready to make a baby human. Don't worry if you fail at one of these tasks, just go back and start over.. Well, except the last one!

@GerOttman home ec was the class. Don’t know if they even have that any more .
