Not only that, I would have to be hospitalized. After 4 hour, the erection needs to be surgically drained, otherwise, the area will eventually become gangrenous, and will need to be amputated to prevent further spread. If it spreads, given its location, it's probably terminal. That would probably be depressing. 馃ぃ
