We were both tired and we argue and he pushed a plate full of food hard enough

he continued with that energy pushing things around him so I told him I won't tolerate anything like that in my home and asked him to leave. He left.
I am stressed.
He grew up with a violent father and obviously haven't shaken off him much. I am saddened.
It's in the middle of my exhibition, where I go morning and evening. I meet him at noon and it's not the first time that, instead I get some rest I am getting in arguments with him. I want to cry.

@Quimliqer in the past i would frown upon such an advise but now I think I will have a talk with him.
@being Girl, people who grew up around violence tend to turn to violence even if they realize it is wrong. It is a pattern of handling life. And it is quite difficult to break. That is what the policeman told me when I spoke with him. You have learned from this. Please be careful. If you are leaving, his violence can escalate. Be safe.
