I saw a news clip yesterday from the US Attorney General

That regardless of state laws any hospital that receives federal funding and most do, no matter state law, if a woman comes into emergency room and her life is in danger and abortion is the only way to stabilize or to save her life, then the abortion must be performed under federal law. Refusing is not an option for any reason. He talks like anyone refusing will be in violation of federal law and he intended to prosecute.
Way to go Kansas! Kansas voted overwhelmingly to protect a woman's rights to an abortion. It was a side vote to amend their state constitution to ban abortion. The ballot was written up in a very confusing way/words in such a way to trick those that maybe weren't paying attention. In other words a no vote meant keep it in the constitution a yes vote to amend it out of the state constitution and ban it. Kansas is red state to the max. But the women voted.
TAKE THAT GOVERNOR ABBOTT AND YOUR SELF SERVING AGENDA DOWN THERE IN TEXASS!!!!
I'm not one to wish evil on anyone but I will enjoy reading his obituary.
Shame on you for wishing ill on American women to advance your political agenda.

@SmileOnYourBrother I wish ill on no one. They have more laws protecting LGBT plus than women. Some get more protection while women seem to get less. Well it seems that way to me.

I expect we will see a lot of independents and some republicans turn their back on the GOP in November over their stand on abortion.
