What’s your idea of a utopia?

-Walking, biking, ferries, & various types of trains are the dominant forms of transit.
-The most stringent residential zoning is "mixed use"
-Land value is taxed at 5%
-All electricity comes from renewables
-All healthcare is free at the point of service
-All drugs are legal, taxed, and regulated for adults
-Housing is provided for free for anyone who can't afford it
-Public nudity is legal for adults
-Everyone gets a UBI payment at the start of the week
-Farm subsidies don't exist, except for purely conservational purposes
-The head of state is elected through ranked choice voting, and the legislature is elected by similar means
-Anyone who doesn't like Minecraft is stuffed in a rocket ship and shot into the Sun
