Please please please 🙏 can someone help? (WhatsApp/ Google drive question)...

I lost my phone with a whole bunch of numbers essential for work.....

I have another phone and I got on Google drive hoping that the essential numbers would be saved on backup ..

However, despite being recently backup, WhatsApp, contacts and stuff like that are either not there, or when I click on them, nothing really happens....

Please can someone help? I'm thoroughly screwed ATM and I don't know what to do.
