I go so hard on a lot of stuff on here because I care so much

I do it in real life too

I do it through my job every day

I think if I stopped some part of me would die

To me, you sound like a very "old soul" (corny as it sounds) but highly evolved people tend to be especially empathetic, caring so much about the human condition. You probably have had some trust issues because of the very high standards you set for yourself aren't always what you discover in others.

Your current path is more about your own evolution and spiritual path than a very lucrative job and romantic relationships. All very nice qualities. If it were me I would focus more on things you are grateful for, strive to be happy, strive to make others happy. Keep it SIMPLE.
