I harvested one of my potato plants. May have done it too early but oh well, i have six more still in the dirt and this was my very first try

Plants could be too close together that reduces crop and they like lots of water , they do taste better if picked early before they get to full size that’s something you can’t buy in shops

Good lad, first step to saving the post apocalypse world (and yourself since you are now a market gardener). Eat the 2-3 large ones save the others to replant next year. Try green beans next year very hardy and give good crops.
