Why are you persisting with this Mona? Surely you can see he is trying to scam you.
Your allowance has already been reduced, and you want to give away money to a scammer?
What will eventually happen is your Mother will take away your card, and ipad so you have no way to throw your money away.
You will be left with nothing Mona.
