An interesting question - one I've never seriously thought about. Romantic love is important & essential to all of our lives . I can't imagine it not being an aspect of my life.
However if there sadly was to be no specific person . I guess I would just find other ways of expressing ove with family & friendship , other persons who welcome companionship.
What else can you do really 🤔
