Burn out at both sides of the candle can be brutal. I don’t know what you do for work or if it’s life that’s getting in the way but what seems to help me is making a list. I’ll make a list of everything on my mind no matter how big or small. I then start to cross out all the shit that isn’t in my control and then purely focus on the things that I can. Stay strong!! You got this!!
