I hate feeling like I’m behind 😣
People my age and even some younger, are so much farther in life than I am 😕 I need to catch up it’s sad honestly 😅

You're behind some and ahead of many others. Life isn't a race. I didn't start my real career until almost 30 and it happens, but I found a way to be happy. I was a mess on your age range and things turned out pretty well.
