Since Covid started I find myself savoring every moment that resembles normalcy

The kids have been playing all day. Their laughter fills the rooms. It’s endearing and also a bit like a house of cards. Normalcy feels sweet and fragile these days.

The bf and I have this 3 day weekend together before he starts working really long hours for about a year. We have been cooking together, laughing, playing darts, and getting all the physical affection we can. 🥰 It just feels like a happy day.
