Am i the only one who often trips about the bizarreness of our current existence?

Like dude...what is this? What am I? I was not here, and now I am, but one day i wont be anymore.

Where did we come from? Where are we going? Can the processes that move beyond what we can perceive , that give rise to our waking lives, ever become as clear to us as those that dictate the wind and the rain and all the other natural processes with which we are so familiar?
