Wife and i walked through for bid purposes

A fire/ambulance shed . Needing major cleaning,repairs and painting. Been closed a couple of months after a fight. Blood on the floor and walls adds 10k to the price. Total price is what the building originally cost. Going in i already knew what the other bids were. Our price also includes the exterior painting and landscaping. Like the other contractors we don't share work
