Is it possible to survive jumping out of an aircraft using only an inflatable life boat to break your fall?

You'd have a better chance than if you didn't have an inflatable raft. It might slow you down with air resistance and also the cushioning effect would be welcome. It would probably pop with a big bang that would probably deafen you.
