What are some things you do to perk yourself up when you’re feeling lousy?

Give me ideas 🤔 When my sleep gets messed up my mood takes a hard hit. Feeling mopey. Going back to bed isn’t an option.


UPDATE: doing your suggestions in order of ‘easiest to accomplish’ to ‘requires ___ a,pint of effort to make happen’

Got some Lofi going. That was an easy way to improve the atmosphere. Trying to work up the motivation to take a walk. 🤔

UPDATE: Took somebody’s suggestion to splash some cold water on my face, which gave me the energy to get out of my pajamas lol feel little bit more ready for ‘next level’ effort 😜

UPDATE; Took GSD for nice a training walk / to run an errand . Checking out the list you guys have given me to see what I should do next 🤔

@WhateverWorks when I would go, I would lay on my back as close to the healer as possible (my head facing them)...and the vibrations would just penetrate right into my core. Very therapeutic.
