5 Celebrations
I celebrate that I walked 6 miles this morning! I have slowly been building up, starting with 1 mile a day, and now I can comfortably walk 6 miles for my morning routine.
I celebrate that I have stopped drinking alcohol for a full month as of today! My body has more energy. My skin is clearer and has a glow to it.
I celebrate that I spend time with my family (brother, his children, my mother and stepfather) once a week for family game night. It is reforming bonds that had weakened with time. Im so happy to laugh with them all again.
I celebrate that I was brave enough to leave my old job and start a new one that I felt I'd be happy at. I've been working there 16 days so far and everyday has been fantastic. I leave with a smile on my face and spend some of my free time building skills to continue to improve in that area.
I celebrate taking time for myself and prioritizing myself in my life daily. I schedule times for self-care/working out. I only say yes to the things that are in alignment with my values and I value my time. I don't apologize for my gifts and I no longer make myself smaller for others to feel good about themselves.
