It's a horrible feeling when you think that things aren't working in your favor.

Turn on some inspiring music and go straighten out a messy closet or drawers, or pull a few weeds in the garden. Something that will give you a "well done" spike by the end of the day. It will make starting a new day tomorrow on an uptick a bit easier. It works for me.

Sending positive energy your way. If you are up to it, find things that make you smile or laugh. Puppies and kitten videos, or anything like that. Your favorite comedy shows. The Beverley Hillbillies helped me through part of last year. It was so funny. If that’s too much, just sit and be, or read, or watch the world go by with your favorite beverage.
