Do you feel like you have lived multiple lives?

Organizing and backing up photos.. from the beginning to now. It feels like I've lived many lives. I don't relate to being just one person. My narrative is fractured. Feels like I've been many people.

Lol i think i've lived many lives

Its one of the reasons why i think im so dangerously understanding. Understanding to a fault.

I need to learn to be understanding yet know to put my foot down cuz something is not okay.

@highkeydykey yeah over empathy is a difficulty with determing boundaries with what's your responsibility and what isn't. Everyone loves other people sharing the burden of their own messes and problems. But when it causes us to experience more stress and suffering, then it's a problem for us.
