I don't know what this is that I'm feeling.

Like I'm pretending to be a proper human.

I'm a robot and there's a pilot in the back of my head that's trying to interact with people in a normal way.

Because I am an imitation, every thing I do barely passes as being legit.

It's a really difficult feeling to describe.

Sounds rough, sorry to hear it. Do you give yourself things to look forward to, and do you often socialise?

@SW-User I've got a few things to look forward to. I don't like socializing.

Well, I do sometimes but it's tiring

@caPnAhab I hear you. We’re social creatures; interacting with others is beneficial for our mental well being. It’s finding the motivation that’s often the challenge, especially when you’re already feeling down.

Perhaps find a few people who share your interests and arrange hangouts every so often. I find socialising whilst doing something I enjoy (say music, board games, movies) is much more motivating.
