Being faced, leaving school, with chronic shyness, lack of self-confidence, lack of friends.
Now things of the past.
My life has been blessed with unexpected gifts. Much simply changed while I was looking the other way. All totally unearned, everything given.
It is why my only prayer is "thank you".
