Will life ever return to normal?

When 9/11 happened, it was devastating for the entire world but especially the US, Changed the world ini terms of policies and security among other things and it took a long time to get out of that era of mourning. Yet today there are kids who don’t really know what happened on 9/11. So too this virus will blow over and 20 years from now children will have no context that it ever happened.

It will return to normal whenever we want it to. We are holding ourselves prisoner.

It’s hard to see now, but someday we will look back on these times and speak of them in past tense, But …. history books will need some updating cause it’s a pretty significant event that will change the future.

I’m getting confused. We’re dropping our mask mandate but yesterday I was in Target and they did announcement for people to wear masks. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

I feel that the past two years of CovID have screwed up my life in many ways . I feel like I'm stuck somewhere whilst I see others passing on the overtaking lane.
