I'm a big overthinker, and I dislike that.

It does me more harm than good. How do I stop overthinking? Usually, I waste time thinking about very trivial things that are most likely never going to happen.

Me too. I find that if I am busy and have no time to overthink then I don’t overthink. Lately I’ve been giving myself self imposed deadlines that avoid me wasting my time. It works. Only drawback is when my brain wants to think at bedtime it leads to insomnia
