I'm a big overthinker, and I dislike that.

It does me more harm than good. How do I stop overthinking? Usually, I waste time thinking about very trivial things that are most likely never going to happen.

Meditation is a good tool. However, some people are just overthinkers. If you can't stop your overthinking, you may be able to direct your thinking into ideas which are more pleasing to you. Overthink things that are fun and pleasurable.
