I found my spontaneity has eroded. Not sure if that's what you've found? Maybe it's the opportunity to be spontaneous has reduced as you get older?

Sometimes, indeed. I miss the playful spirited flirty-ness, the spontaneity and when I had good inspiration to write and share.

*Groan* The 'old me' was a boy that just didn't fit....but, since leaving school all those years ago, I could be the 'real' me....

Yep. I used to have days off and freedom that I did not appreciate

I miss the old me sometimes, because of the fun and wild and crazy, totally lah, lah!
But giving that up has supplied me with inner peace, less stress and no feelings fear! Introvert rocks! 👌❤️
