@RuyLopez You have a very interesting take on this. It sounds a lot like me with my need for silent contemplation. A place where I go to sit with my thoughts and problems; immersing myself in the discomfort in order to grow. Much like [b]deep[/b] self reflection.....

All is pretty much open to interpretation, but my take for this post came from the times of despair and emptiness. The times I didn't think I could go on, but it all ended up molding me into a stronger person, thus the light ✨

@MoonlightLullaby Yes, I was thinking more of the isolation, the turning in with only your own thoughts, coming to terms with your own demons.

@RuyLopez That's exactly what I do with total silence. Both of us are still expressing the same thing... slightly different perceptions, but we're all multifaceted in thinking.

No matter the discomfort, it's pertinent and healthy. So many choose to ignore their demons, and some don't even realize we all possess dark and light . I refuse to stay stagnant. I'd rather face it all, let it humble me and increase my growth.🌷
