Have you ever needed the darkness....

Just to find the light in life?

It isn't pretty or fun by any means, and can be quite terrifying, but I've learned more about myself and found a greater appreciation for life from times of darkness than any amount of light ever offered.

There’s nothing in the dark that wasn’t there when the lights were on 😊

@SW-User Please enlighten me by explaining your comment.😉 I'm not sure if it's a punny joke or I'm just stupid.😂

It just means what it means . As a kid I was scared of the darkness . My nan would always tell to just repeat (‘there is nothing in the dark that wasn’t there when the lights were in ). I overcame my fear of darkness 😊. Stop over analyzing 🤦‍♂️ Lol @MoonlightLullaby

@SW-User Gotcha. This isn't about fearing darkness itself though.😏 It's about healing & growing stronger from the dark moments in life.

But doesn’t the dark moments come from within the fear of darkness itself 🤔. @MoonlightLullaby

@SW-User Nope. It's about surviving depression, anxiety, health battles, pain, loss, adversities and the such, silly man.

Oh those 🙄. Naww ..I kicked those years ago . I became more stoic . Now I face life’s challenges with solving and acceptance ,so to speak 😊 @MoonlightLullaby

@SW-User I go stoic at times for self preservation. It's more of an avoidance vs acceptance.🤔
SW-User
Avoidance isn’t stoic 😌.
That’s just an accept me or avoid me situation 😁@MoonlightLullaby
