Many have, but here's one. My marriage was over and I was fleeing from Pennsylvania at the invitation of a gay couple in Mobile, AL I'd met playing bridge online.
Halfway I realized what money I had might not get me to Mobile, but it might not get me home either, so I was scrimping. I stopped for coffee at a truck stop and this poor man beside me, stuck while his truck was being repaired, asked what my story was and I poured out the whole sad tale. When I finished, I apologized and went to the bathroom, foolishly leaving my purse slung over the stool.
When I got back, my confidante was gone, but the waitress set a huge breakfast before me. I stammered that I couldn't pay. "Your friend did," she said. So I ate, thinking, "what a nice guy!"
Back on the road, digging in my purse for a Chapstick, I found a piece of folded paper. It was a note, wrapped around a $50. It said, "When you get back on your feet, and you will, just pass it on."
A few months later I was getting a haircut in S. Carolina and the beautician did the same thing to me I did to the poor guy at the truck stop. She had left an abusive husband and was trying to keep her head above water with two kids and no child support. So I passed it on.

A lot. I usually aim to make a difference in the life of the people I come across.
It is my life’s purpose…so I’m humbled to say yes. Supported the education of a few kids (most of them orphaned girls) for a decade or so… amongst other things.

I'm not sure if I have transformed someone else's life, but I have had my life totally changed by other people. Some were very horrific, some were simply Divine.

@Iwillwait that's how life is isn't it 🙂

Here are two that came out of the blue:
An old friend I lost touch with reconnected on Facebook. He said that years earlier when he was a a low point in his life I helped a lot. He gave me a really nice Guild acoustic guitar. I was floored by that.
A girl I barely remembered in high school reached out to me on Facebook. She wanted to thank me for intervening between her and a bully. I don’t remember it but does sound like something I would have done.

It’s my profession, but I prefer to not take credit for other peoples’ course of action. I’m there to help, but if they didn’t put in the hard work and commitment nothing would come of it.

@WhateverWorks wonderful attitude 🙂
I'd like to think that in my career I have with a few.

I have been told so. I spill about everything I know, but this is too personal for even me to tell.
