Is it okay to tease someone of their weakness? Or something that makes them insecure about themselves?

For example, someone has unattractive body figure or face or anything that make them looked... let just say unattractive or below average whatever as long you understand what I am saying.

Anyway, I find it is irritating when someone use my flaw as joke 24/7. The joke gets old and I am no longer amused by it. Like, is that only what you got?

My family does it to me, I suppose it's partly my fault for not saying it bothers me. And I know they don't mean it to be nasty. But you're right, when it's the only thing they go on about you start to think it is more than just joking around.
