I have the same desire. I rent a small airplane when I need a fix .

Don't need wings to fly... Many have wings but remain steadfastly stuck to their own particular ground ..

It's only the landings that are a problem

I believe it is possible to grow wings.. might begin with feathers 🤔

Take lessons at the local flying club. I work in aviation and get to fly pretty often, it is a blast.

Tried once ☝️. It was after seeing Mary Poppins . That’s right the umbrella ☂ didn’t work after jumping off the roof 🤦‍♂️

At age five I did and spent an hour on the back stoop thinking i could jump and by sheer will..fly! After a long period I gave it up as a bad business🤭

I have the wings; it's the aircraft and the fuel I don't have enough of! 😤😒

Speaking from experience don't try to use an umbrella.
Looks good on paper but is a horrid idea.
