ChubbySienna Have been there and know very well how insensitive, condescending and outright disrespectful people can be towards people with a weight problem.
For many with weight issues, food is their drug of choice. Unlike illicit drugs and alcohol, you can't quit food. You can choose to change your relationship with it and work toward a healthier you, both mentally and physically. There are some great programs, websites and even phone apps out there to help. If I may offer some advice .. gets tougher to lose weight as you get older. The sooner you start, the better.
