I hate being fat, not only am i forced to spend the rest of my life alone whilst my friends start families, but i get called fat alot when i am out doing shopping, i am so sick of i've had it all my life xxx

Here's another comment, which may be related to what @Beautywithin said: It's not important what you eat; the only thing that matters is how much you eat (and drink, of course). Eat whatever you like, but stop after 1600 calories a day. Learn to live with a harmless feeling of being hungry in the evening.
