Nothing.
People make sense out their own lives.
Whatever they choose, they choose because that is what makes sense to them.

Interesting question - diesit have to be about anything? Perhaps it just is?
You can find your own meaning or none.
The onrky thing that seems to be common as with all animals, etc is the inate desire in most to procreate, to perpetuate the species.
