It’s barely 6:47 and I’m so tired. Does that mean I’m starting to become old? 😨

If anything you are ageing ever so slightly slower as the earth's rotation I learned is actually slowing down. I happily had my mind blown by that fact explained to me by someone elsewhere here earlier this evening. :)
