I'd be running a custom car shop!! Working on all the great classics!!

helenS · 36-40, F
I'm constantly amazed that I'm payed to do what I would be doing for fun anyway, although I am careful not to express this opinion out loud. 😏

@SW-User As thou canst imagine, I am a programmer.
SW-User
@helenS I don't know much about programming. Which language do you use and would you recommend I play around with python?
helenS · 36-40, F
@SW-User I use a language called "Perl" almost exclusively (for historical reasons), and learning Python is a very good idea.
Perl and Python have many similarities, and a couple of differences, which, of course, are the reason for a holy war between both camps.

Travelling the world taking photos.

I doubt it’s the sort of thing to make you wealthy, but the chance to capture ‘life’ in all it’s forms I think would be really interesting

Traveling, living out in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of animals and a massive garden, and volunteering as much as possible.

I also would like to do things like make things from scratch, like canning or beer and wine making, more baking and cooking and generally just doing cool stuff.
Well to be honest I would most likely be rubbing some type of lubricating lotion or oil on my binford 3000 super duper magnito muffler Bering with a vigorous circular motion unknown to this region and you destined to take the mudshark and you mythology the way and now with a vigorous circular motion rub it....then he pulled out an amulet and he held it to the light so I snatched it all away from him and I showed him how to do it right.....I wrapped a news paper around my head so I looked like I would keep...I said some mumbo jumbo then I told him he was going to sleep I robbed his rings, his pocket watch and everything else I found I had that sucker hypnotized he couldn't even make a sound I proceeded to tell him his future as long as he was hanging around and I said the price of meat has just gone up your old lady has just gone down then he said look here brother who you jiving with that cosmic debris now is that a real Pancho or a Sears Pancho you could make more money as a butcher so don't you waste your time on me

Saving the planet tbh.

If money was no option I’d make it standard that any area of natural beauty anywhere in the world would be protected from human intervention
WindTherapy · 56-60, M
Well I'd retire first. That would leave me more time to ride my motorcycle or work on those projects I seem to never get to (and I would have the $$ for those projects! 👍).
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
Live alone in a wooden cottage, read books, play games and play with ideas (maybe publish them if I ever organized those ideas).
@MasterofNone That sounds ideal
If money wasn't a factor I would be searching the world seeking the woman of my dreams🤪 nothing else matters hear my plea...nothing else matters

Pretty much the same thing I'm already doing. Money only becomes a factor if you make it one.

Work at a charity or something that makes a difference, exercise and read more, travel more.

helenS · 36-40, F
@SethGreene531 Interesting that most people in this thread would live a different life if they had the money.
[@helenS For me, the real cost is in severing ties, trading the familiar for the unknown. But I know I'd be the better for it in the long run.
