Do you think we really need a vaccine? Why is no one talking about how to improve your immune system?

How do you know no one’s talking about that ? But if all it took was improving one’s immune system, no one with a healthy immune system would contract Covid. But unfortunately, they have been. Not to mention all the people with compromised immune systems who can’t just snap their fingers and improve them.
